Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking a Performance Management Senior Specialist in Houston, TX. You will develop and monitor performance indicators for wind, solar, and storage assets, coordinating with engineering and field teams across North America and Europe to drive improvements.

You will build BI reports, diagnose long-term issues, and lead data-driven initiatives while engaging asset managers and operating sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or STEM field.
• 1–3 years’ work experience in renewables or related field.
• High level of English; Spanish or Portuguese valued.
• Proficient with MS Office; programming in SQL, Python, or R preferred.
• PowerBI programming knowledge; experience with big data and cloud computing desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify drivers of underperformance in EDPR NA assets.
• Create BI reports to support monitoring and decision making.
• Program queries in SQL, PI, Azure databases, and Databricks.
• Coordinate with global teams in NA and Europe on performance initiatives.
• Lead performance meetings with Field Operations and other departments.
