Job summary

Orsted North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Performance to support development of tools and data management for analyzing the performance of operating assets in the Americas (onshore wind, solar, and storage) and to enhance data platforms.

You will build data pipelines, implement metrics and models, and deliver dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, while collaborating with stakeholders to drive analytics improvements in the renewable sector.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in the energy industry or similar occupation.
• Knowledge of renewable energy sector, NERC compliance, and data modeling.
• Experience with BI dashboards, SQL, Python, and Azure in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of tools and data management to analyze operating assets in the Americas.
• Design indices, metrics, and data models to identify performance improvements.
• Develop data platform and pipelines to handle large datasets and anomaly detection.
• Validate supplier reporting for contract adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape organizational decisions.
