Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• One (1) year healthcare related quality management/performance improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement efforts including root cause analyses, FMEA, and peer reviews.
• Coordinate data abstraction and validate outcomes for regulatory reporting.
• Facilitate meetings, present findings to stakeholders, and translate clinical insights into improved patient outcomes and compliance.
