Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and leads organizational initiatives based on high reliability, patient safety, quality improvement, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitates physician peer review process to monitor and improve clinical outcomes.
• Supports hospital teams and committees by serving as a facilitator and internal subject matter expert.
• Promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
