Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) is seeking a dedicated Performance Improvement Administrator to lead investigations, root cause analyses, and improvement efforts across Operations. You will coordinate corrective actions, audits, and change control within a highly technical, cGMP-oriented environment.

The role requires strong analytical writing, cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Operations, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, science, quality, business, operations, or related field.
• Five+ years in operations, quality, engineering, or investigations.
• Experience in a regulated or quality-controlled environment is preferred; nuclear/pharma/cGMP a plus.
• Proven ability to lead event investigations and corrective-action development.
• Formal training in root-cause analysis or Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant Operations investigations, post-event critiques, after-action reviews, and root-cause analyses; define scope and guide lower-level reviews.
• Collect and evaluate evidence, records, interviews, and timelines to identify facts and causal factors.
• Prepare clear investigation reports and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Review analyses and actions for adequacy, track implementation, and escalate overdue items.
