Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes is expanding its team to advance radiopharmaceutical applications and improve nuclear medicine. The Performance Improvement Administrator will lead investigations, manage change control, and oversee audits and lessons learned across operations.

The role emphasizes formal root-cause analysis, structured performance-improvement processes, and strong written and collaborative skills to drive corrective actions and organizational learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, quality, business, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in operations, quality, engineering, investigations, or performance improvement.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, nuclear, pharma, or cGMP is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Formal training/certification in root cause analysis or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience implementing 5S/workplace organization practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant Operations investigations, post-event reviews, and root-cause analyses; define scope and guide lower-level reviews.
• Collect evidence, interviews, timelines to establish facts and assess extent of identified conditions.
• Prepare clear investigation reports and facilitate corrective actions; ensure practical implementation.
• Review analyses and corrective actions for adequacy, track progress and escalate overdue actions.
