Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes seeks a Performance Improvement Administrator to lead investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions across Operations. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, R&D to evaluate events and drive effective improvements.

The role calls for strong analytical writing, ability to challenge practices, and experience with structured improvement processes in a regulated setting in Washington state. Competitive benefits and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, quality, business, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in operations, quality, engineering, investigations, performance improvement, regulated manufacturing, or related function.
• Experience in regulated/quality-controlled environments; nuclear/pharma/cGMP is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead event investigations, causal analyses, and corrective-action development.
• Formal training/certification in root cause analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
• Strong analytical writing and reporting skills.
• Experience administering structured improvement processes (change control, issue management, audits).

Responsibilities

• Lead significant operations investigations, post-event critiques, and root cause analyses.
• Coordinate and track corrective actions; ensure effectiveness and closure.
• Administer operations change-control and issue-log processes.
• Conduct audits and surveillances; promote compliance and operating discipline.
• Analyze events to identify trends and drive program improvements.
