The TerraPower Isotopes® (TPI™) division has been established to pursue medical isotopes development--advancing nuclear science for significant human health benefits. We seek to support revolutionary radiotherapies for treatments of various cancers through the supply of radioisotopes. TerraPower currently has unique access to a supply of thorium for the long-term production of actinium-225 in the growing alpha therapy market and intends to expand into other nuclear related medical treatments.

Technical Training & Qualification Administrator
The Technical Training & Qualification Administrator reports to the Operations Program Manager and is responsible for developing, coordinating, and continuously improving training and qualification programs that support safe, reliable, and high-performing operations. Initially focused on radioisotope manufacturing operations and radiological safety, the role will establish and manage the planning, scheduling, qualification, and performance-management systems needed to develop workforce proficiency and operational readiness. As the organization grows, the role is expected to develop into broader program and cross-functional leadership responsibilities.
The successful candidate will combine strong organizational and program management skills with technical aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and leadership capability. The individual must be able to rapidly understand complex scientific, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory issues; work effectively with subject‑matter experts; and translate technical requirements into structured training and qualification programs.
Actual position starting level and title will be determined based on assessment of qualifications.

Salary Range: $116,852 - $151,757
*Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual’s qualifications experience. This range is specific to Washington State.
