The ideal candidate will have a BS or BA in an applicable field, alongside 10+ years of relevant experience in nuclear environments and proficiency with various software tools. Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a nuclear performance improvement environment preferred.
• Root Cause or cause analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with government organizations like DOE or Nuclear Regulatory Commission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Performance Improvement SOPs across departments.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
• Mentor cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert.
• Prepare materials for CAP review board meetings.
