This one-year developmental program blends hospital, division, and enterprise-level operations management with hands-on shadowing, project work, and rotation through service lines such as Labor Management, ER Operations, Surgical Services, and Patient Throughput.

Residents will learn to use data tools like QlikView and Power BI, partnering with division leaders to drive performance improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years relevant work experience.
• Must be proficient in written and verbal skills.
• Must have advanced analytical skills.
• Experience within healthcare operations required.
• Experience with labor management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadow service lines and rotate through operations.
• Attend departmental and executive meetings as invited.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Develop mastery of data tools and dashboards (Power BI, QlikView).
• Monitor performance using division and hospital metrics.
• Support budgeting and strategic/financial planning.
