Surgery Partners is seeking a Manager, Operational Excellence to drive performance improvement across the organization from our Brentwood, TN office. The role partners with leaders across facilities and support functions to identify opportunities, design analyses, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional projects, developing dashboards, and translating data into practical actions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, performance improvement, or healthcare/related disciplines.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and large data sets.
• Experience leading discrete projects or workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.

• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Develop project work plans, milestones, and risk tracking; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Support development and implementation of standardized processes, operating rhythms, tools, and materials for consistency and scalability.
• Analyze operational, clinical, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards and scorecards with the data team to provide actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to operators and senior leadership.

• Establish clear objectives, metrics, and targets; track progress and impact.
