Job summary

Eskenazi Health is seeking a Performance Improvement Educator to administer end-user training, develop educational materials, and lead educational meetings with stakeholders. The role coordinates with Strategy & Innovation teams to ensure a successful education program and facilitates end-user needs with payors and clinical users.

The job requires delivering instructor-led and tech-based training, developing curricula using the CDP, and ensuring courses align with policy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred); OR four (4) years of hospital experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in adult training, program development and implementation.
• Must meet Indiana navigator training and certification requirements within 122 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and technology-delivered training in classroom or remote settings.
• As EPIC Credentialed Trainer, deliver and develop EPIC curriculum for credentialing.
• Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and program evaluation tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to build curricula that improve practice and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain training materials to comply with policies and monitor program effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users and serve as a technical resource.
