Job summary

Paycom in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to build, run and optimize paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and programmatic platforms, while keeping performance reporting sharp, current and trusted.

You will coordinate creative, landing pages and assets through Wrike, work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing & Analytics Lead, and grow into a broader, data-driven performance marketing career.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns.
• Demonstrable in-platform experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads; exposure to programmatic/DSP buying is a plus.
• Confident with reporting and analysis; comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor live campaigns daily for delivery, spend pacing, disapprovals and anomalies, and fix issues.
• Produce regular performance updates and insights for stakeholders and regional teams.
• Coordinate across Design/Studio, Web, Content, CRM, Sales and regional marketing teams to ensure on-time launches.
