Job summary

Afina is seeking a high-level Graphic Designer to create static creatives that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue. Remote role collaborating with growth, creative, and media teams to scale customer acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, and landing pages.

You will combine strong visual design with direct-response marketing principles, delivering fast, conversion-focused designs and iterating rapidly based on performance data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience for DTC or e-commerce brands.
• Strong portfolio of paid social ads and performance-focused creative.
• Experience designing for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology.
• Ability to create clean, modern, conversion-focused designs.
• Fast execution and ability to produce large volumes of creative.
• Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, and ad composition.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and paid social campaigns.
• Create performance-focused creatives optimized for CTR and conversions.
• Develop ad variations for rapid testing and iteration.
• Design graphics for landing pages, emails, Amazon listings, product launches, and promotions.
• Collaborate with growth, creative, and media teams to build campaigns.
• Turn UGC, testimonials, reviews, and product benefits into visuals.
• Research competitor ads and trends to identify winning styles.
• Maintain Afina's visual identity across channels.
• Use AI tools and modern workflows to speed up output.
