Job summary

Softline Solutions is seeking a Digital Designer to craft engaging assets for paid media and social campaigns across multiple brands. You will develop static and motion creative, test variations, and leverage Generative AI to speed concepts and asset enhancement.

You’ll collaborate with fellow creatives and marketing to ensure on-brand, high-performing designs that resonate with social audiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency, in-house creative team, or digital/social environment.
• Digital-first mindset with understanding of design for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta).
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
• Experience with Figma for collaborative design and production.
• Gen AI familiarity with tools like Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or similar.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, paid social, campaign creative, or other relevant work.
• Agility: balancing multiple projects and incorporating feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Digital Creative Execution: Develop static and motion assets across Meta, TikTok, Google Display, and other channels.
• Creative Iteration: Build variations of concepts by testing headlines, CTAs, hooks, layouts, imagery, and styles.
• Gen AI Integration: Use Generative AI tools to support concept development and asset enhancement.
• Performance-Informed Design: Learn from campaign data and apply insights to future designs.
• Social-First Creative: Design with platform behavior and best practices in mind.
• Brand Adaptability: Work across multiple brands while maintaining consistency.
• Collaboration: Partner with fellow creatives and marketing to deliver campaigns on time.
