Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Digital Designer to drive high-performing creative for paid social, display, and email campaigns with a social-first mindset. You will develop compelling concepts and produce static, motion, and video assets in collaboration with writers and content creators, delivering compelling results on today’s fast-moving platforms.

The role requires collaboration with Creative leadership from concept to execution, understanding campaign goals, and staying ahead

Qualifications

• Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with After Effects or motion design.
• Strong knowledge of XD, Sketch, and Figma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design digital advertising assets across paid social, display, programmatic, email, direct mail, and other marketing channels, ensuring creative is engaging, on brand, and optimized for each platform.
• Create static, motion, and video assets in partnership with copywriters and content creators to support performance marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative leadership from concept through final execution, contributing ideas and bringing creative concepts to life.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign goals and performance insights, applying learnings to future creative.
• Adapt and optimize creative across multiple formats, audiences, and platforms to support testing and campaign performance.
• Stay current on digital, social, and design trends to continually improve creative quality and effectiveness.
• Organize and maintain creative assets to ensure efficient production and delivery.
