Job summary

Fi is seeking a Digital & Performance Designer to own the look, feel, and performance of paid and organic social assets and email creative. You’ll translate briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand content across Meta and beyond, while supporting the visuals behind our email marketing program.

You will collaborate with brand and growth teams, turn performance data into new concepts, and maintain a cadence of A/B variants to optimize results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital design experience with paid and/or organic social and email design.

Responsibilities

• Design static and motion creative for paid social campaigns (Meta/Instagram) to drive clicks and sales.
• Collaborate on visuals for organic social channels to stay on-brand and platform-native.
• Design email assets, banners, and layouts with lifecycle marketing in mind.
• Translate campaign goals and performance data into creative concepts and iterations.
• Create and maintain multiple A/B variants for testing and optimization.
• Maintain brand consistency across social and email touchpoints while respecting platform specs.
• Stay updated on social/paid media trends and competitor creative strategies.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Light video editing: trimming, captions, simple animations, repurposing footage.
