Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Performance & Development Specialist to design and scale programs that help employees grow and perform at their best.

You will build intuitive performance and development initiatives and support manager training models, ensuring rigor and alignment with company values. Within the People Center of Excellence, you will partner with business leaders and People Business Partners to ensure programs work in practice, not just on paper, and you will own policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or program management with stakeholder management experience.
• Proven track record designing and scaling performance and development programs adopted company-wide.
• Experience building tools and resources using technology to improve program efficiency and usability.
• Strong program management with ability to design, optimize processes and communicate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale performance and development programs across the company.
• Build manager training models and training content aligned with our values and metrics.
• Own L&D platform selection, delivery, tracking, and impact reporting.
• Partner with Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to identify skill gaps and create scalable content.
• Ensure programs comply with HR policies and employment law requirements.
