Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional experience in a people-facing role.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to invite real issues.
• Proven talent-spotting and development capability.
• HR experience not required, but talent development track record is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coach department managers and staff to raise productivity and output.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to identify needs and provide encouragement.
• Diagnose barriers and build practical improvement plans.
• Follow up to ensure accountability and progress.
• Serve as a trusted support system across the organization.
• Foster genuine relationships and leadership presence daily.
