Qualifications

• Advanced experience in instructional design, performance consulting, or related work.
• Strong project and program management skills with planning, coordination, and risk management.
• Experience defining and using measurement strategies to evaluate effectiveness and outcomes.
• Experience with learning technologies and content development tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methods for evaluating solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex performance design projects from intake through execution and measurement.
• Develops certification, training, and partner engagement strategies to improve performance.
• Tracks progress, milestones, and business impact, communicating updates to stakeholders.
