Job summary

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while growing a career in the automotive service field.

You will work alongside an experienced team, perform oil changes, tire rotations, and preventive maintenance, and communicate needed repairs to Service Advisors to ensure top quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive maintenance or service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other preventative maintenance.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to Service Advisors.
• Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer service standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe service bay.
• Properly use and maintain tools and shop equipment.
• Work alongside Service Technicians and other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
