BakerRipley in Houston, TX, is seeking a Performance Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across Workforce Solutions programs. You’ll build and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, analyze trends, and monitor performance against benchmarks to guide strategy.

You’ll partner with leadership, QA, and compliance teams, train staff on visualizations, and deliver reports that highlight opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or Business.
• 5–7 years’ experience in business operations or data management.
• 1–2 years’ experience with SQL for reports and data generation.
• 1–2 years’ experience with report writing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Analyze trends across systems and monitor performance vs benchmarks.
• Deliver comprehensive reports highlighting improvement opportunities.
