Job summary

RELI Group, a government-focused solutions provider, is seeking a Data Analyst to support performance and quality improvement through data analysis of scorecards and operations. The role involves translating insights for supervisors and leadership, and collaborating with Training to identify gaps and improvements.

You will contribute to BI initiatives, develop dashboards using Power BI, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, performance analysis, BI, reporting, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and handling moderately complex datasets.
• Experience developing reports, metrics, visualizations, scorecards, or other analytical products.
• Ability to identify and communicate trends, patterns, and contributing factors within performance data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze scorecard, quality, and operational data to evaluate performance and identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
• Examine performance results across analysts, supervisors, teams, time periods to identify meaningful trends.
• Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to support performance management and continuous improvement.
• Translate analytical findings into clear conclusions, recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, visualizations to monitor performance and quality.
• Use Power BI or similar tools to develop and enhance reporting solutions.
