You will analyze trends across systems, monitor performance against benchmarks, deliver reports, and train staff to interpret visualizations to drive data-informed decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or Business and 5–7 years of relevant experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in MIS, CIS, or Business.
• 5-7 years’ experience with business operations or data management.
• 1–2 years of experience working with SQL developing queries for reports and data generation
• 1–2 years of experience with report writing tools

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Analyze trends across multiple systems and monitor performance against benchmarks.
• Deliver comprehensive reports highlighting opportunities for improvement.
• Train staff to interpret data visualizations and use insights organization-wide.
