This position pays $21-24per hour depending on experience with performance opportunity.

We are looking for the following schedules:

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Saturday - Wednesday 9:30am - 6:30pm

What you will do:

• Take inbound calls from new andexistingcustomers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers

• Data entry of sensitive information
• General inbound customer service

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
