HelloFresh is seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic Creative Strategy Manager to join our Performance and Innovation Team. You will partner with Brand Creative and Growth Marketing to build end-to-end strategy and oversee creative testing for paid channels.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, rapid reaction to briefs, and producing high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. We value collaboration and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of creative strategy/marketing experience in a start-up; high-output environment.
• Experience writing creative briefs and providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth and GM teams to build strategic creative briefs that drive conversions on paid channels.
• Identify key creative testing opportunities and brief assets that align with testing goals.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality, compelling content that drives engagement and measurable results.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of assets, using data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization.
• Share performance insights and next steps regularly with marketing leadership and creative partners.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance.
