PetLab Co. is seeking a Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing) to bridge data and creative execution from our paid media and influencer teams. You will translate performance insights into compelling ad concepts and scalable production briefs that drive customer acquisition and revenue.

This remote USA role partners with Video Producers, Organic Social, and Influencer teams to develop high-performing creatives across platforms, with a strong emphasis on direct-response and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative strategy or performance creative roles.
• Experience with high-growth paid social-led DTC brands.
• Expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Portfolio of direct-response ad concepts or campaigns with measurable results.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through paid creative.
• Experience briefing/directing creators, influencers or UGC production.
• Solid understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, Hook Rate, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven creative strategies and test roadmaps.
• Write scripts and storyboards for high-impact ad concepts.
• Oversee production briefs and guidance for editors and creators.
• Analyze performance metrics to extract actionable insights for creatives.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Video, Organic Social and Influencer teams.
