Job summary

High Scale Ai is seeking a Creative Strategist to bridge data, psychology, and creative execution. You’ll develop concepts that turn insights into high-converting campaigns for leading lifestyle and DTC brands in the US market.

You’ll collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, producers and account strategists to craft testable concepts, identify winning angles, and continuously optimize performance based on real campaign data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy or related role.
• Experience developing campaigns for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and DR storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performing creative strategies for multiple brand categories.
• Translate objectives and insights into engaging advertising concepts.
• Collaborate with writers, producers and media buyers to execute concepts.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize creative effectiveness.
• Lead testing frameworks and iterate based on data.
