• Proven experience developing performance creatives for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Strong copywriting skills for direct-response advertising.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create static and video creatives.
• Deep understanding of paid social advertising, especially Meta platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-focused creative concepts for paid social campaigns.
