Job summary

Orion Sleep is seeking a performance-focused creative lead to concept, design, script, shoot, and edit short-form and paid ads for the Sleep System. You’ll own the creative loop from customer psychology to performance read and drive the next iteration based on data.

You’ll guide a designer/creator bench, stay close to viral formats across Reels/TikTok/Meta, and build language from reviews and sales conversations. This role is fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on tests that scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years making performance creative at a DTC or growth-stage company
• Portfolio showing volume and quality of paid social ads
• At least one concept or ad scaled to meaningful paid spend
• At least one round of structured customer research feeding your creative
• Experience translating customer psychology into hooks, angles, and scripts
• Directed a designer or creator bench without bottlenecking
• High-AOV or considered-purchase DTC experience in hardware/home/sleep or similar

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative loop for selling the Sleep System: psychology → format research → concept → design/script → shoot/source → edit → performance read → next iteration
• Lead creative development for performance and own the Sleep System visual and narrative system
• Concept from psychology and format, tying each piece to a hook, angle, persona, or objection
• Own the language by pulling from reviews, support, Reddit, and sales conversations
• Hunt formats that are working and test new formats quickly
• Read your own performance weekly and translate results into next concepts
• Co-own the roadmap and plan 4 weeks of Sleep System tests with growth
