Job summary

Little Sleepies is seeking a Video Editor to turn raw footage into platform-ready ads that drive performance. You’ll craft short-form videos for paid social, building hooks and direct-response elements while aligning with brand guidelines.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Brand team to move quickly, iterate often, and optimize for engagement and conversions. The role requires experience with major editing tools, a strong sense of pacing, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing video content for paid advertising and direct response campaigns.
• Refined eye for pacing, storytelling, and framing that supports performance-focused creative.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools and motion graphics basics.
• Understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube specs and upload requirements.
• Ability to analyze performance data and iterate creatives accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw footage and assets into high-performing video ads for paid social and digital channels.
• Edit across formats and aspect ratios for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Develop hooks, overlays, and direct-response elements to boost engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Brand teams to align with goals and guidelines.
• Stay updated on platform best practices and emerging ad formats to improve strategy.
• Maintain organized asset management across multiple active projects.
