Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness center. You will lead group exercise classes, assess clients, and tailor fitness plans while providing motivation and guidance to help individuals reach their goals.

The role includes one-on-one coaching, program design, and involvement in health-promotion initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field and relevant certifications are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field.
• NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE certifications preferred; CPR/AED/First Aid required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience; group class leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants for safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for varied fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation.
• Assist with incentive, health promotion, and other specialty programs; manage admin tasks.
