Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
- Current Personal Trainer certification from NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE is required.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
- Experience leading group exercise classes and building client relationships.
- Minimum 1+ years of industry experience; internships considered.
Responsibilities
- Monitor participants for safety and adherence to workout plans.
- Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for varying fitness levels.
- Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized programs.
- Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to clients.
- Assist with incentive programs, health promotion and operations.
