Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach to join a corporate wellness setting. You will design and deliver group classes and one-on-one sessions, tailoring programs for diverse client needs and high-risk populations. The role emphasizes safety, motivation, and client relationship building.

You will also support health-promotion initiatives, assist with program delivery, and help manage the wellness facility’s day-to-day operations within a dynamic team-led environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology or related field.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• Certifications from NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants for safety and adherence to plans.
• Lead varied group exercise classes for all fitness levels.
• Conduct assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one training and motivation to clients.
• Support incentive programs, health promotion and related activities.
• Handle daily fitness facility administration.
