Job summary

EXOS Community Services, LLC is seeking a Performance Coach for a corporate fitness center. You will lead group classes, provide one-on-one training, and design personalized plans to help clients reach health goals within a dynamic team environment.

You will monitor safety, assess fitness, and drive engagement across diverse populations, including high-risk clients. Exos offers comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and a range of part-time options.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required
• Preferred experience leading group exercise classes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service abilities

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design effective programs
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to help clients succeed
• Assist in implementing incentive, health promotion, and specialty programs; manage related admin tasks
• Support day-to-day fitness facility operations and other duties as assigned
