Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach to lead group fitness sessions, tailor programs, and support clients in a corporate wellness setting.

You will assess clients, provide one-on-one coaching, and contribute to engaging incentive and health-promotion initiatives within the EXOS program.

This role requires a degree in Exercise Science or related field, health‑fitness certifications, and CPR/First Aid, with experience serving diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE) is required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to plans.
• Lead and instruct group exercise classes for varying fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise plans.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and motivation to help clients succeed.
• Assist in implementing incentive and health-promotion programs to drive engagement.
• Handle facility administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
