Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach for a corporate wellness center, delivering customized fitness programs, group classes, and one-on-one sessions. You will assess clients, prescribe plans, and help drive engagement across all programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or related field, current trainer certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE), and CPR/AED/First Aid. Prior group-class leadership and strong communication skills are essential for success at EXOS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field.
Current personal trainer certification from NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE.
CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to plans.
Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized programs, including high-risk clients.
Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to help clients succeed.
Assist in implementing incentive and health-promotion programs and day-to-day operations.
