Job summary

Jackson in Chicago seeks a Performance & Attribution Associate to deliver attribution and analytics across portfolios, producing client-ready commentary and periodic summaries. You will coordinate with marketing, business development, and quantitative teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

You will reconcile data, maintain reporting tools, and create robust data extracts for clients while expanding your understanding of investment performance measurement and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or business preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in financial services.
• Industry designations such as CFA, CIPM, CPA preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Validate and publish performance attribution, analytics, and risk reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze performance attribution contributors and produce portfolio commentary.
• Provide reconciliation and analysis support for attribution projects.
• Prepare periodic portfolio reports with commentary and summaries in coordination with Marketing and Business Development.
• Deliver portfolio data extracts to internal and external clients.
• Maintain attribution reporting software and interface with IT for improvements.
• Develop desktop tools and database applications for data management.
