PPM America, Inc. seeks a Performance & Attribution Associate to support attribution reporting and portfolio commentary for multiple portfolios. You will handle data workflows, produce client-ready analyses, and help prepare marketing and non-performance materials.

The role requires collaboration with portfolio managers, quantitative research, and marketing, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. A finance/economics background and 3+ years in the field are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced degree or progress toward preferred.
• 3+ years in financial services required.
• CFA, CIPM, or CPA preferred upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Validate and publish attribution, analytics, and risk reports.
• Analyze attribution contributors for securities and sectors.
• Provide reconciliation and analysis for attribution projects.
• Prepare periodic portfolio reports with commentary and summaries.
• Deliver data extracts to clients and maintain reporting software.
