Job summary

PPM America, Inc. is seeking a Performance & Attribution Associate to support centralized reporting and analysis across portfolios for internal clients and external clients.

You will compile, verify, and report attribution results, write commentary, and prepare portfolio summary reports. The role involves data fulfillment, updating non-performance materials, and coordinating information flow between business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or business-related discipline required.
• Advanced degree or progress toward preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience within financial services required.
• Industry designations such as CFA, CIPM, CPA upon hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate and publish performance attribution, analytics, and risk reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze performance attribution contributors and produce portfolio commentary.
• Provide reconciliation and analysis support for attribution projects.
• Prepare periodic portfolio reports with commentary, performance, and analytic summaries.
• Deliver portfolio data extracts to internal and external clients as requested.
• Maintain reporting software; interface with IT for enhancements.
• Develop desktop tools and databases for data management and integrity.
