Job summary

Covera Health is seeking a Manager, Performance Analytics to own the program’s analytics pipeline across claims, eligibility, and MAO-004 data for multiple health plan and provider clients. You will identify care gaps, manage monthly cohort measurements, and ensure reconciliations align with client invoices under a usage‑based model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on analytics with healthcare claims data structures and reporting systems.
• Experience building analyses from SQL through Excel pivots to final outputs.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage risk adjustment data (MAO-004) or similar plan-side reporting a plus.
• Ability to deliver accurate reconciliations that tie to client invoices and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the program’s analytics pipeline across claims, eligibility, and MAO-004 data for all clients.
• Lead care-gap identification and determine open, addressable gaps.
• Own monthly cohort measurement and historical reconciliation processes.
• Own billing reconciliation and ensure outputs align with invoiced volumes.
• Build funnel instrumentation to visualize value progression from finding to actioned outcomes.
• Deliver practice-level performance analyses and identify concentration or volatility risks.
• Restate and standardize vintage-cohort measurements and align monthly cycles to CMS windows.
• Document and automate the pipeline in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
