Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a program manager to drive quality performance initiatives across the enterprise. You will collaborate with health plan quality leaders to plan, coordinate, and manage resources for data collection, analytics, and reporting on CAHPS, HEDIS, and quality improvement efforts.

You will monitor projects from ideation through delivery, ensure data quality for EHR/HIE data, and support audits and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program or project management in quality or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience or functional quality knowledge.
• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts.
• Proficiency with data analysis, manipulation, interpretation, and reporting.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work cross-collaboratively in a matrixed organization.
• Effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
• MS Excel and applicable software proficiency; quick learning of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME for质量 performance initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with health plan quality leaders on data collection, analytics, and reporting.
• Monitor quality projects from inception to delivery.
• Oversee data ingestion, validation, and documentation to improve data quality.
• Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality regulatory audit guidelines and improve HEDIS audits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality delivery.
• Create, review, and update quality program documentation.
• Communicate regular quality status reports to stakeholders.
