You will collaborate with clinical, analytics, and operations teams, driving measurement, storytelling, and executive communications to influence client outcomes.

• 7+ years of healthcare client services/performance management experience.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Performance reporting and data interpretation.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence and client value creation.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong executive presence with internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational, analytics, and clinical leadership to understand key performance drivers and reporting requirements.
• Provide consultative review and quality oversight of client‑facing presentations and performance reports.
• Develop client-specific commentary and executive summaries translating data into business outcomes.
• Lead development, configuration, and enhancement of reporting processes and dashboards across the client portfolio.
• Monitor client performance using dashboards, scorecards, and tools; identify trends and risks.
• Communicate performance insights to leadership, account teams, and partners.
• Support business development and client launch activities; plan readiness reviews.
• Coach and develop a team of performance management analysts; conduct regular meetings.
