Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, business, statistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data analysis.
Advanced Python skills and ability to troubleshoot existing code and processes.
Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
