Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or Economics.
• 7+ years analytic experience with emphasis on email and in-app campaigns and experiences in support of digital products.
• 3+ years working collaboratively with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments, measure performance, derive insights for growth.
• Partner with eng, product, and customer teams to drive subscriptions and engagement.
• Define measurement frameworks and data product specs with data engineering.
• Deliver actionable insights via dashboards and data narratives.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics to uncover patterns and inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics efficiency and outcomes.
