Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software development with C, C++, Python, or Java.
• 5+ years of distributed systems experience (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking to solve challenging problems.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Analytics Platform team and advance the portfolio through research and development.
• Define the technical vision and guide planning, execution, testing and rollout of solutions.
• Mentor, grow, and cultivate a healthy, collaborative team culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics tools for rapid data analysis.
• Drive ownership and accountability for project success across engineering teams.
