Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Three years experience with at least 1 year in customer service, marketing, automated metering, communications, revenue protection, distribution operations, engineering and/or information systems.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and ability to take initiative from idea conception through full implementation.
• Strong communication with technical and analytical acumen.
• Experience with PC applications and analytical software.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity and reporting processes.
• Provide analytical and technical expertise in design, development, and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting using enterprise data sources with data integrity across reports and workflows.
• Design and sustain automated workflows and data pipelines for scalable operations.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to implement data-driven solutions.
• Monitor and resolve data quality and reporting issues to ensure timely delivery of information.
• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on performance, process improvement, and customer experience.
• Lead or contribute to projects enhancing business processes and information systems.
