Qualifications

• Must have Paper Industry experience and 8-10 years of hands-on experience.
• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team across customer accounts.
• Experience driving service performance improvements and efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NA Life cycle services and improvement programs to boost customer competitiveness and mill profitability.
• Coordinate with the Agreement Team network to support customer projects and audits.
• Lead and develop the team of professionals working with customers and Valmet organizations.
• Travel about every 6 weeks within North America to support activities and reviews.
