Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Performance Agreements Team Manager to oversee the Agreement management Team, ensuring service performance aligns with contract scope and delivers customer satisfaction. The role leads a team that works with customers and Valmet groups to improve equipment, processes, and personnel performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NA Life cycle services and improvement programs to boost customer competitiveness and mill profitability.
• Coordinate with the Agreement Team network to support customer projects and audits.
• Lead and develop the team of professionals working with customers and Valmet organizations.
• Travel about every 6 weeks within North America to support activities and reviews.

As the Performance Agreements Team Manager at Valmet, you will be responsible for overseeing the Agreement management Team. The group is assigned customer accounts, and the Manager will ensure that service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the management of a team of professionals that are working with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer’s performance and reliability of their equipment, processes, and personnel.Your main tasks and responsibilities include:Management of NA Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer’s competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations.
