Job summary

Garrett Advancing Motion is seeking a dynamic Performance Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across OEM performance customers, distributors, and new channels in North America. The role requires strategic planning, omni‑channel sales expertise, and the ability to drive margin improvement.

Based in Torrance, CA, you will collaborate with NA Sales Director and global partners to shape aftermarket strategy, optimize inventory, and ensure high service levels while pursuing expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial sales or business development.
• Automotive aftermarket experience strongly preferred; international experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue, Margin, and Product Mix Growth with OEM performance customers and distributors.
• Expand Market Presence through channel development and new customer acquisition.
• Shape performance aftermarket business models including pricing, promotions, and training.
• Provide market intelligence and forecasts to support data-driven decisions.
• Establish annual customer targets and development plans aligned with business goals.
• Monitor distributor and OEM performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and field activation to drive demand.
